Tomato Carrot Soup

2 Tomatoes
1 big Onion
1/2 Carrot
2" Piece Beetroot
1.5" Cinnamon
1 Cardamom
2 Cloves
5 Pepper
2 Garlic cloves

Pressure cook above mentioned ingredients till veggies are soft (2 whistles on medium flame)

1.5-2 Tsp Cornflour mixed well in a little cool water
2 Tsp Sugar
Required Salt
1/2 Tsp Chilly Powder

Strain the cooked veggies and add sugar, salt and chilly powder. After 2 minutes of boiling, add cornflour paste and cook for further 2 minutes and serve hot.
